      When was the last time you ate? People get hungry when they haven’t eaten for a while and your brain sends signals to your stomach that the body needs more energy. If you’re always hungry there might be something wrong with your metabolism, things like an overactive thyroid gland can cause very quick metabolisms that make the digestive system move very quickly so you get hungrier quicker.

      Sometimes hunger can be confused with being thirsty.
