  Not sure anyone knows the answer to this for sure. The only answer I can give is that the sun will eventually run out of its fuel leading to its collapse and the end of the world. The end of the sun is estimated to happen in 4 or 5 billion years. Hopefully by that point humans will be living on other planets.
