• Question: what does god look like?

      I suppose it depends what you mean by god, the god in the christian bible made man in his image so he probably just looks like some bloke. I don’t personally believe in any god, so to me he doesn’t look like anything.

      I follow a religion called Hinduism (so I’m a Hindu). Hinduism originated in India tens of thousands of years ago and is one of the oldest religions you can find. In Hinduism we believe that God can take many forms (thousands) and can also be formless. We have Gods that look after everything around us and inside us – a God for nature (Mother Nature), rivers, mountains… and Gods for different parts of our body too! But, we also believe that underlying all these Gods with ‘form’ is a God without form…. think of it as ‘water’ – it takes the shape of its container but doesn’t really have any shape if you let it flow out of the container.
