Question: why do people yawn after other poeple yawn?

Nobody really knows why we yawn despite lots of research. I think it’s because your brain is a bit sleepy and wants some extra oxygen to waken it up so you take a big breath in. I don’t know why it’s contagious either. It’s a bit like smiling I suppose…

And now that we’re talking about yawning, I’m yawning!!
