• Question: what type of curry do you cook

      I cook chicken curry, fish curry, vegetable curry… I make my own curry paste with the following:
      1. Mixed cumin and ground coriander (seed) powder
      2. Turmeric
      3. Red chilli powder
      4. Garlic and Ginger
      5. Chopped tomatoes

      Top it up at the end with some coriander leaves… and voila!
