Do you like quantum physics, and does this confuse you. Do you know about electrons and when you observe them they do

Question: Do you like quantum physics, and does this confuse you. Do you know about electrons and when you observe them they do not do anything but when you look away they start moving and it's as if it has a mind of it's own. Even when a camera is faced at it it knows. So are you confused at all?

  I find quantum physics fascinating but a lot of it does baffle me. Is the observation thing like schrodinger’s cat? If an electron goes in one place, the cats milk gets poisoned, and if it goes another, the cat’s milk doesn’t get poisoned, but until the electron is observed then the cat is both alive and dead at the same time because its milk has been poisoned and not poisoned at the same time. As I said, baffling.
